Enabling Ongoing Transformation with Spirit
I have worked with senior executive teams
from large financial institutions and with community housing tenants and
staff. I have led large events (like
that in the picture with the State Department of Education in Hawaii) or smaller ones with teams of eight. Understanding and leading processes to engage
productive leadership have been my gifts.
My Electrical Engineering degree provided me with an early understanding
of systems and information technology.
My Doctorate in Religion provided me with a depth of understanding of
people, their commitments and stories.
In 1987 the Province of Ontario recognized my leadership role in work with homelessness and networks of
social services. Since becoming an independent
consultant in 1991, I have gained recognition for my ability to design and
facilitate effective processes for both large and small groups. Effective design requires clear strategic
thinking and planning to set the context for engaging meetings or events.
For the past five years, I have worked
closely with Starfield Consulting who has a Vendor of Record with the Government of
Ontario. I have worked with Diane
Gilbeault & Associates with the Federal Government in Ottawa and in other bilingual settings.
I am one of the most experienced
practitioners of Open Space Technology, a founder of the Open Space Institute of Canada and recognized globally for my leadership and
training. Applying this approach, Appreciative
Inquiry or more linear meeting facilitation has usually led to exceeding
clients’ expectations of results.
